Ingredients
1 can creamed corn
16 fluid ounces chicken stock
1 egg
Salt to taste
Directions
- Pour chicken stock and creamed corn into a medium sized pot and stir. Heat on medium-high.
- Crack egg into a small bowl and beat.
- When soup begins to bubble, stir soup in a circular motion to create a whirlpool. Drizzle the beaten egg slowly into the whirling soup. The egg will turn white when it is cooked.
- Add salt until your desired taste. Scoop into individual soup bowls and serve.
