Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 dozen frozen dumplings

  • 1 cup water

Directions

  • Drizzle olive oil in a large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Place dumplings (can be frozen) in skillet.
  • Add water to skillet until it covers the dumplings halfway. Cover pan with lid and cook until all water completely evaporates.
  • Give the pan a shake to loosen the dumplings from the bottom to prevent sticking. Remove lid and let cook a couple more minutes when you start to see the bottom edge turn slightly brown.
  • Slide the dumplings off the pan onto a plate and serve.
